Q. Can I pick up my order if I live near a Red Ginger Cosmetics location?
A. No, we apologize that we have no pickup locations. All our orders are now shipped out by Canada Post.
Q. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
A. The following is an approximation of shipping times. This does not account for any customs delay or heavy shipping periods such as Christmas: Within Canada: 4-7 business days. In the USA; approx. 7-10 business days. International countries up to 15 business days.
Please note that we ship from Canada and the cost of the shipping is more here than in the USA. Our shipping cost also includes customs clearance charges and insurance on the parcel.
Q. How do I apply for a wholesale account? I own a Spa and would like to sell your products.
A. You can apply for a wholesale account by clicking on the 'Wholesale' button on our front page. Approval for wholesale accounts will depend on your type of business.
Q. Why do I see 2 different prices? One that says CAD and one that is in USD? Which one do I pay for?
A. All of our prices are in US dollars. The USD price you see is the price you pay in US dollars. The CAD price is an approximate price that you will pay if you are in Canada and uses a Canadian credit card or bank card. When your bank converts the US price with the current exchange rate when it shows up on your credit card bill. The final price in USD is usually lower than the CAD price.
Q.. Do you accept any other form of payment other than secure credit card?
A. At the present time, we only accept credit card payments unless it is a wholesale account with orders more than $500.00 in order.
Q. Why does my credit card does not work on Paypal?
A. Debit credit cards do not work on Paypal. You must use a regular credit card for payment or pay by echeque through paypal.
Q. I received my order but it was damaged. What should I do?
A. We package our products with lots of protective wrapping to prevent or reduce the chance of damage. But sometimes the orders are handled badly or the vibration of the plane or truck will loosen the eyeshadows. All of our parcels are insured but the following procedures must be followed to submit a claim for the damage good.
1. Please call or email us to report the damage within 3 days of receiving the order giving us the order ID and your name.
2. Send us an picture of the damage product by email.
We will then report the damage to Canada Post and start a claim. Your shipping information will be given to Canada Post for the claim and within 2 days. Once we submitt a claim, we can do 1 of 2 things:
a) Send you a brand new palette at no extra charge but you must return the damaged one to us at your expense.
b) If the palette damage is not too great and you want to keep it, we will refund you the money you paid for the palette, less shipping cost. You will not be getting a new palette.
